You get a two hour arrival window and a text when we are on the way. If the job before yours runs long, we call you rather than leaving you sitting there.

The number in writing is the number you pay
We look at the work first, then quote it flat. If something turns up behind the drywall, you see it and approve it before we go any further.

Permits pulled, inspections passed
Service changes, panel work and new circuits get inspected. It costs a little more today, and it keeps the closing from falling apart later.

Drop cloths go down before we start. We vacuum when we finish, and the old material leaves on our truck.
