What we do
What we get called for
Most of our week is houses. Old panels, added circuits, kitchen and basement work. We also take on offices, retail build-outs and light industrial when the scope fits our schedule.

Panel upgrades
100A to 200A service upgrades, fuse box replacements, recalled panels, meter bases and masts.

Rewires & repairs
Aluminum and knob-and-tube wiring, dead outlets, flickering lights, and breakers that keep tripping.

Lighting & fixtures
Recessed lighting, under-cabinet, landscape and security lighting, ceiling fans and chandelier hangs.

EV chargers
Level 2 home chargers, dedicated 240V circuits, load calculations, and we pull the permit.

Standby generator hookups, automatic transfer switches, and interlock kits sized to what you need running.

You get a two hour window
We text when we are on the way. If the job before yours runs long, you hear it from us before you have to call and ask.

The price goes in writing first
We look at the work, then write down what it costs. If we open a wall and find something we did not expect, we stop and show you before going any further.

We pull the permit
Panel work, service changes and new circuits get inspected. Skipping that is how people end up renegotiating at the closing table.

We clean up after ourselves
Drop cloths go down before we start. We vacuum when we finish, and the old material leaves on our truck.
